This is the worst app I have come across till now, below are pros n cons Pros 1. You can approve visitor by just one tap. Cons 1. It doesn't regard your sound profile, it will ring loudly even if your phone is on vibration, So basically instead of ring volume this app uses media volume as some newbie might be developing this app for his/her college project. 2. It will finish their 30s or long notification sound marathon, even when you click on approve in 1-2 second. Why, Because no one cared to stop the notification sound, and they fired the sound in background and forget it. 3. Sometime notification sound comes, but there isn't any notification. 4. Interestingly they gave an option to stop ringing notification, but in that case they stop giving any silent notification at all, Seriously? Environ is forcing us to use this app, without intending to fix the issues, and now they want to stop calling on intercom as they can dictate these things,
