★★★★★ App is basic. Please add basic option of retrieving dues against unit, account payment and invoice history.

★★★★★ This app gives total support to the society. If society office staff use all the facilities provided by the ADDA then no, no need to take assistance for any accounting work including balance sheet.

★★★★★ Being in the management committee of such a big society it was a very difficult task to handle accounting part and handling unknown transaction, but from the time we have joined Adda it's a great experience with it. And the great part is it's a two-way participation.

★★☆☆☆ Our society managing committee is using Adda Amin App. Quick Heal has detected Grifters GEN47651 Malware in Adda Admin. So, we have uninstalled it. Please look into immediately.

★★☆☆☆ Admin app is very basic. At least need option for income, expenses and bank reconciliation features. Difficult to access website all the time

★★☆☆☆ Adda admin is not a fully developed admin app. It is very basic compared to adda admin portal. Needs big improvement. Hope adda development team looks into it.

★★☆☆☆ Ridiculous support system and they don't even bother to respond to bugs and tickets raised for weeks to months. Even after contacting their people, everyone keeps saying they will ask support to check but no one bothers. They don't even have any direct support contact to reach and support emails they don't seem to bother to respond. I asked for higher management or owner to contact to let them know how many bugs they have in system but who cares?
