Functions well. Picks up motion and records with Wi-Fi viewing from anywhere with zooming. Turns on spotlight if motion is in the dark. You can activate an alarm and change view by moving camera remotely. Tracking the motion would have given 5 stars but would be an overwatch considering the low cost.

Super easy to set up, and it's already stopped 2 attempted thefts with-in the first 10 days of setting it up. I only wish I had the ability to add more outdoor and indoor cameras. If you can help with this, im in your debt

Not very easy to figure out as a beginner what does new technology. And the customer service it's not as good as I'd like it to be. I wish they had a toll-free number to speak with someone instead of only through email. The email process takes a long time to get an answer. And they should provide the better booklet that come with this with larger letters to read the words instead of something so tiny that you need a magnifying glass

My is not letting me know when people walk past my door from the outside my camera is inside and my window, and it's not letting me know that people walking past my window from the outside and my cameras inside

Always lagging, half the time the app says it can not connect due to network is unstable. About every 3rd time a message pops up further laboring the already excessively slow app just to tell you to "be mindful of your data", I don't think my data and what goes on with it is any business of this hideous chudd of an app. I'm honestly going to walk away from this abomination of an app.

Every two minutes it decides that motion was detected. It's the wind, or a cloud, and rarely ever actual motion. I don't want 200 notifications per day about the clouds making dark spots where the camera is pointed.

So slow it's useless. The time it takes me to walk from my front door where the camera is, to my bedroom, til the time I get a notification is about a minute or more. Moreover the app itself is so sluggish you would be better off immediately grabbing your self-defense tool instead of risking it by checking the app if you happen to hear a bump in the night.

I once tried to contact this "company" about an issue with the SD card. I bought a high capacity good quality SD card, inserted it in the camera, applied the option to switch from cloud to SD and nothing. The Customer Disservice rep I contacted basically in other words told me I was asking for too much for what I had paid!! If I buy a piece of gum for five cents I expect it to be gum price has nothing to do with the functions you're "offering".
