I have been testing the camera for days since I bought it, and it is useless, it does not detect when criminals pass by to break the glass of my car, I have no proof because the damn camera does not record anything, there is no point in buying a high definition camera if it does not record when it should. If I put a comment on Amazon I am sure they are going to lose customers, so I ask them to fix that, I can't do anything because I even paid for a service for 1 year, thinking it would be much be

I cant get unsubscribed from PURVIEW. I want my account DEACTIVATED, and it is STILL ACTIVE!! MY camera Quit working months ago, and they are STILL trying to get money OFF MY CARD.1 star only for the months my cameras DID work.

Just 6 seconds of recording time. Unless you obviously use their cloud service! no, thanks. I'm sure It's supposed to record say if someone is trying to kick your door down. But no. you'd get 6 seconds of that. Unless you managed to open the app, connect to your device which sometimes takes a stupid amount of time. People have left before I could even connect. So there's that. But if someone was kicking your door in, you'd have to manually open the app, and set it to record. Even then... 🤷
