App does what it should. Only annoyance in the latest version is a "flourish" after setting. I need to separately set and unset home and attached unit profiles. Waiting for the pointless flourish to complete before I can access the second unit each time gets old fast!

Useful functions include activating and deactivating our home alarm system without a trip to the wall panel, remotely monitoring activities like entry, exit, activation/deactivation and by whom, and status of all the sensors in our home. App interface can be obscure: What are "scenes" and why are they first on the home screen? Frequently used functions like arm/disarm are hidden behind a button under "security system" - logical once you get used to it but a puzzle at first.

The app does its job, there are some features I wish it had. For example, being able to have two cards next to each other on the home screen would help with a phones small screen real estate. Also, when running a scene with multiple different light commands, the lights that are being turned on should occur before the ones that are turn off. Everyone I run that scene, my family sits in the dark for about 2 seconds before the rest of the scene completes.

The thermostat settings change by itself, and I have to adjust them 2 to 3 times a day. Raised a service ticket but no response. It was working fine initially but now its so much work to keep adjusting thermostat settings

Terrible. Live video cuts in and out. My internet is more than capable for app and system. Always disconnects. Trash.

Goes off for no reason, camera doesn't capture who's there when to doorbell rings. Don't like it at all.
