The latest update is great, love the new grid view and the fact that I can delete multiple clips at a time. I still find that live video is a bit slow at times to load when I am not at home though. Otherwise pleased

I have used this system for years. I am in an isolated location, and it makes me feel secure. The support is excellent and friendly.

This app is reliable and convenient. The only real complaint I have with it is, why can you not star the gates you use the most to show up on your home screen dashboard, rather than have to cycle through the 20+ other gates on the property. This would help streamline entering the app and moving right to opening, the preferred gates you set as starred. Seems like it would be a pretty easy coding update.

Functional and reliable. This app does what I need it to do to monitor and control my alarm system and my thermostats.

If I didn't have to give a star at all, I wouldn't. This app is useless. My house has been constantly getting stolen from, but the system must be on a break because it fails to lmk when a door or window is opened/closed nor do the cameras record anyone. But after I return I'm missing more and more. When logging all devices out they stay logged in online but the app does comply, but app shows live view even when notification shows camera is not connected.

Update, August 8th 2026 the app stopped allowing me to login. Went to the website on my desktop it doesn't allow me to log in there either. To add insult to injury you can't contact these people. If ya like unreliable then this is a great app.how about making an ap that actually lets you arm the alarm from your cell phone not once in a while but every time? Trying to arm my system from my phone in my house should not take more than 30 minutes to finally arm it. Unreliable period. .

What is going on with the app?? I can't get it to pull up the doorbell Camera or even control my A/C! I rang my doorbell, nothing! 10 minutes later it rings on my phone and sends me the video! Ridiculous!!
