This app is reliable and convenient. The only real complaint I have with it is, why can you not star the gates you use the most to show up on your home screen dashboard, rather than have to cycle through the 20+ other gates on the property. This would help streamline entering the app and moving right to opening, the preferred gates you set as starred. Seems like it would be a pretty easy coding update.

App does what it should. Only annoyance in the latest version is a "flourish" after setting. I need to separately set and unset home and attached unit profiles. Waiting for the pointless flourish to complete before I can access the second unit each time gets old fast!

This app and doorbell camera suck. It will not connect to the front door camera or get doorbell alerts. I can access it from my pc and the other camera devices, but it absolutely will not work fully. I may change equipment and providers.

What is going on with the app?? I can't get it to pull up the doorbell Camera or even control my A/C! I rang my doorbell, nothing! 10 minutes later it rings on my phone and sends me the video! Ridiculous!!

Update, August 8th 2026 the app stopped allowing me to login. Went to the website on my desktop it doesn't allow me to log in there either. To add insult to injury you can't contact these people. If ya like unreliable then this is a great app.how about making an ap that actually lets you arm the alarm from your cell phone not once in a while but every time? Trying to arm my system from my phone in my house should not take more than 30 minutes to finally arm it. Unreliable period. .
