No one responds when you trying calling. It asks to leave a voice message but no one returns the calls. No one responds to email. Someone called me back and hung up less than 10 seconds into the call. I've been trying to pay my invoice, but I can't log into my account to add by credit card details. The website says to do that in the alarm app under the billing. There is no billing section. Awful service. I was a Bell customer, and I was told everything would transfer over, it has not.

Horrible. Cannot get service. They won't accept payments and keep billing me. Impossible to get ahold of on the phone to cancel service. They never reply to emails, and I am pretty sure api alarm is a scam company.
