Horrible. Cannot get service. They won't accept payments and keep billing me. Impossible to get ahold of on the phone to cancel service. They never reply to emails, and I am pretty sure api alarm is a scam company.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS COMANY! API SUCKS. Worst company ever. I've set this alarm off how many times, and I never get a call back, and eventually it just shuts off. When BELL owned it. I would get an operator immediately, asking for me to identify myself. Now I get nothing. This is a waste of money. I will be canceling with API and switching to a reliable security service.
