I would like to recommend this app to all citizens of Punjab. It is a great effort for the residents of Punjab. I had an issue, the staff helped me out to resolve the issue. A lot of the time people mix the Exise & Taxation office with this App. If there is a delay due to the ETO Office, that is different. So keep both separate.

Very disappointing experience with the online vehicle transfer system. If, after completing the entire online process, I am still required to physically take my car from Mardan to Rawalpindi Excise Office for inspection/approval, then what is the actual purpose of providing an online transfer facility? The whole idea of an online system should be to save citizens time, travel, fuel costs and unnecessary visits to government offices. Requiring someone to drive a vehicle from Mardan to Rawalpindi

Absolutely pathetic. I've downloaded the app for the first time ever & when I try to register, it says this email is already in use! So, I tried the forget password method which also doesn't work because their system doesn't send you an otp at all. After all other options, I tried to register via another email & then I was blasted with CNIC already in use. Emailed their support, never heard back.
