This app is only for Epson scanners. Make sure that your scanner is supported. Scan documents directly to your Android™ device. Epson DocumentScan will automatically find your Epson scanner on the same Wi-Fi® network. Even without Wi-Fi network, you can establish one-to-one direct connection between Epson scanner and your Android device. You can preview the scanned data and email it, send it directly to other applications, or to cloud storage services like Box, DropBox™, Evernote®, Google Drive™ and Microsoft® OneDrive

No problems. As long as you have Epson iPrint installed, will work 100% with Wi-Fi printer. Installed on both Samsung Flip and Lenovo Chromebook.

Ya, it's a dated interface, but it worked exactly as it should. (just don't pay any attention to the suggestions). I have an ES-60W, not listed. Took the 80W (close enough). Forget about Wi-Fi infrastructure, (though it works fine with the laptop) it doesn't work with this app (as far as I can tell). Use Wi-Fi direct, found my scanner right away. When scanning, select auto, anything else on the list, the app just messes it up. Hope this helps

Nice RR-70W Companion. I do scan and process boatloads of household receipts, entries of which eventually get populated in my antiquated MS Money Sunset. What would make this app excellent is if it can successfully scam extra-long receipts, like those obnoxious CVS receipts. Those I can scan no problem with the desktop app.

Doesn't find my epson scanner on local network. Wants location permission, although this is not needed to find my scanner on Wi-Fi.

If you want to scan using your printer you need "Epson iPrint". This app only supports stand-alone scanners. Epson please make one app that supports all main functions, not this mess.

Doesn't work, can't even find the scanner when I'm connected to the scanners internal Wi-Fi p2p. An hour wasted with nothing to show for.
