I love this printer. It's extremely easy to use and connects to both my phone and laptop simultaneously. I can print different items at the same time; however, my only complaint is its one of the largest carriers of ink as far as liquid, however, it also uses it extremely Frugal when it comes to printing documents and photos. If you do not select the highest quality possible, it looks like it was printed on a doc metrics printer with low ink, Even though it's over 95% full.

Epson has failed dramatically to provide a user-friendly or an even functional interface between phone and printer... the lack of accurate partitioning between written content in an email and attachments is non-existent... i.e. half email introduction and half attachment per printed page...half photo and half written document per printed page... Totally unusable end product!!!... why even bother to release such an obviously unfinished app???

Useless App, does not work, sell printer instead. Not worth the stress, connecting to a printer should not be this difficult. Wishing I had bought a hp instead.
