This app and insurance is absolute garbage. An SCAM! No live person to speak to. Run with AI. Increased my policy by 4x for absolutely no reason other than its own algorithms trying to predict what my revenue would be. Do NOT use this app unless you enjoy frustration and over paying. 👎🏼👎🏼

Last version was way better. Overly complicated now. I wanted a simple COI, process is a dumpster fire now. Once through all the garbage I get a bunch of numbers as my COI file name. Now I have to email it to myself rename it then sends it out. There are many other problems, but I'm running out of space. No claims and my insurance went up $480 a year then this garbage app. No reason to contact dev @ anything rehire whoever made the first app.

Started at $78 then the next year $111. This year they want $178 no claims filed never used the insurance. Find a local office. You will get a better deal

The most disappointing insurance, They will deny every claim, don't save your money, I am cancelling my policy after my attorney go after them.
