Went to check on the status of my distribution check and suddenly, it's a broken link with an exclamation mark in my messages stating "distribution request confirmation", which sends you to an error. Code. Mind you, I did everything on the phone and was assured it was sent out on the 3rd and would be here by the 8th. If you are running into errors, I resolved it by switching to desktop.

4/2/2026: The app remains slow and ineffective requiring to use a website for almost everything. 3/23/2024: Improvement hasn't been in Principal plans as the app sucks just like did 5 years ago. 9/18/2019: The app is even worse than Principal website. One would not think that's possible but Principal achieved a new low bar for uselessness and lack of basic information.

Latest update broke the app... the pop-up window to enter your password (or fingerprint) doesn't show up fully. You get like .25 inches of that screen on the very bottom and can't log in.
