Comments on Principal® for Android

★★★★★ Misty Moreno · Sep 3, 2026

High interest yields. Put 3k got 12k back 1 yr.

★★★★★ Jake A Andrew (Dash Of Madness) · Aug 14, 2026

Principle is a great place to work on your retirement and if you link Fidelity with it. You can get great outcomes on more than you realize. The customer service is great!

★★★★☆ Erin Hawks · Sep 8, 2026

Wish there was Customer service available at least on Saturdays for emergency purposes.

★★★★★ Brian Rupert · Oct 15, 2026

When you need something done they are very eager to help you with whatever you need and very prompted to get back to you when you email them as well best 401k place I ever had before

★☆☆☆☆ Patrick Osiecki · Aug 7, 2026

401 rollover check uploads is nowhere to be found. This feature is mentioned in emails from principal, their site, and even within the app itself. This app only seems to launch the mobile web app when you click on your account. I downloaded this app to make my 401k rollover smoother and easier, which proved to be a huge waste of time.

★★☆☆☆ oran wolfer · Jun 21, 2026

Takes too long to get into the system and every time I try I have to reset my password

★☆☆☆☆ Luke Smith · Oct 12, 2026

Passkey auth interface broken. Screen dims as if to signal OS prompt for passkey but no prompt is given. Tried multiple attempts, restarting the app, clearing cache and storage data, retrying the passkey option multiple times with no luck.

★☆☆☆☆ Fonda Wilson · Sep 8, 2026

I installed the app and 10 seconds later it pops up update the app then it freezes it tells me to update
