★★☆☆☆ Terrible! The app is horrible, terrible coverage, and customer service is just as bad. If there was a minus 5-star rating, I'd give them that!

★★☆☆☆ The app doesn't allow you to enter new provider details without using a location search. Even if you find the provider using the location search, you cannot select them. I always have to use the Sunlight website to enter new provider details.

★★☆☆☆ The interface is designed to be confusing, so you get frustrated and not claim your benefits. If and when you eventually submit your benefits the claim is automatically rejected, and you are forced to validate the same prescription in another confusing interface. If you're lucky enough that that claim doesn't get rejected you'll have to call them and sort it out that way.

★★☆☆☆ Not happy with this app filling out receipts for reimbursement, was on the eight receipt I was time out and lost all the info I filled out and was unable to get back the info now it won't let me do the receipts
