My experience with this company so far is terrible. First I can't get my ID cards, now I can't use the app because the website made me sign in with a USERNAME and the app wants my EMAIL, so I can't log in to the app with my credentials and if I try my email it says there is no account with that email (but in my settings it shows that email!)

Cannot log in. Biometrics doesn't work. Says email and password is incorrect most times, when sent a 6-digit code it will never accept it.

The app is useless, it never connects to sunlight servers all I ever get is a spinning loading screen. The sunlight website is just as useless, all I ever get us "an error occurred" when trying to view policy details.
