Annoying AF. made me sign up for app instead of using desktop

Worst app I've ever used. All I need is to view my ID cards, but the screen just loads indefinitely (it will never load) then you clear the app data hoping to dust off whatever cobwebs are preventing you from accessing your insurance information, and then the login screen won't load either. Absolute trash hey what's the CEO name, just curious

Takes forever to open, also says my insurance is inactive but when I log on to the site with my computer everything is opens quickly and my insurance is active. All my other apps open quickly and function correctly.
