This used to be a horrible app. It never used to work on my phone Samsung note 5, but they made a change finally after a year or two I guess maybe a little bit more. Now it works fantastic: it's a pleasure to use

The new interface is smoother yet when submitting a dependent care claim I can't add 2 dependents on the same claim as on the website. Also, wish I could delete or withdraw unprocessed claims that couldn't be fixed other than resubmitting.

Unable to submit claims for reimbursement through the app, no option for help other than a phone call. It's 2026, why do I have to call you to get help?

I have to upload EOB every time I pay a Dr. bill. They always reject them and turn my card off. It is ridiculous that I have to do this all the time. Then when I call for help I speak to someone out of the country that doesn't speak clear English. I am not comfortable giving my information over the phone, especially medical to nonmedical personnel. I wish my employer would use a different company.

Worst company & worst app ever. You can't even view the documentation that was previously submitted on a denied claim. They constantly deny claims that other companies approve without issues. The new app update is completely useless. There are denied claims with no provider info so there is no way to know how to provide documentation without any claim information.
