The redesigned app works again via my VPN, yay! (though still not always) I really love that there is now a graph of the investment balance over time. However, I miss the pie chart breaking down what I've invested in. Also, while the reported earnings percentages are now reasonable (woo!), there is a discrepancy between the home page rate of return and the invest page rate of return with no explanation. Also, the invest page rate of return does not adjust itself based on the selected time frame.

I like the redesigned interface with its focus on the only service account I have with Inspire which is my health savings account. I don't have to navigate any menus to see the current balance at the top and recent transactions immediately below. My only gripe is that the new update took away the biometric (fingerprint) authentication, so I have to tediously retype both my username and password. If I go look at another app on my phone and return, the Inspire app forces me to log in again.

Always been excellent to do scans for approved products for HSA and to do reimbursements. So convenient to keep track of spending and claims. Be sure tho to not reenter password too much because I have gotten locked out. Not good.

An app that presents a poor user experience with limited functionality. It is difficult to navigate to a live agent or even interact with them, as the system presents numerous hurdles and validations that can take considerable time. The system prevents valid charges, and forces the use of the reimbursement feature. The debit card does not work with some providers, and I am told that t the provider does not accept the hsa card, which is not true as my hsa from optimum never had any issues.

I'm unable to login directly using the app. It takes me to the website. I can't use my biometrics to login. I have to enter my password and then a text message. The app is 10 years old, and needs to be fixed.

The app simply does not work to log onto account. You have to go to their website to log in. hence the one-star rating as it is a trash app.

Doesn't work well with password managers for logins. In app list of charges omits some entries so the amount they claim you spent, and the balance you have remaining don't agree with each other. In app "notifications" claim items need verifying and app needs updating, yet all items claim to be verified and app was just updated...
