With Electrical Safety Authority’s ESA ON Mobile app, ESA account holders can schedule Wiring notifications for inspection, check the status of notifications, and capture and submit photo/video evidence and related details to ESA to demonstrate the full scope of your installation.
Key features include: • Use your ESA Online Services credentials to log into the app • Search for your open notifications and view current inspection Status and Inspector information • Schedule notifications for inspection • Capture photo/video evidence while on-site and submit evidence to ESA with pertinent details for review • Offline capability (photo/ video capture only)

There is very little doubt in my mind that we have discovered the worst user interface known to man. When you don't get stuck in a login loop, this app excels at failing to upload photos. It's also home to all sorts of inefficiencies, e.g. When you select to do a remote inspection, you then have to select "get all notifications", then it tells you they're loading, and then you still have to press "ok" to see the list. That's two screens loaded and two button presses for no reason. Every time.

Ridiculous time-consuming app. You have to actually be on site to add photographs. We have fifteen open notifications with detailed photographs saved, but we can't upload them. So you expect us to go back to the job site to take photographs again? Nobody is going to use this app it's a complete failure with design and execution.
