Good app does exactly what it says, and it's way faster than the supplied remote. Would be nice if you could have more than 2 timers though. . And I would expect it for a fire of this price.

Not worth installing. Remote control outside the house doesn't work. At home the normal fireplace remote control is better.

Not impressed with the app 😕. The fire is great. The app was not designed for current version of Android. Can't change timer time settings. Unable to get remote network access to heater to work after following instructions. No integration with Google home or SmartThings. Need a significant update / overhaul.

Wowed. Such a great supplier and fireplace but such a bad app. Can't connect remotely. This is basically the only purpose of the app, and it doesn't work. ESCEM you need to fix this.
