Fantastic tool to flash firmware, ether custom or specific Segway Nine bot for ES1-ES4 models. This app can also read information about your scooter that you can not access using the Nine bot app like how many times you charged the scooter, production date of the scooter and battery information. This is a great and easy way to flash a custom firmware or an older firmware from a website online. You can Google Nine bot ES custom firmware to find the site.

I installed a new ES4 dash, this app can see and connect to it, but it can't seem to return any info on the "check ver" step. Any help with this, would get a 5star. Thanks
