For greyed out bin files not working. One option, some phones you cannot click on the actual file, its greyed out, but have to SELECT it (check box NEXT to it). Also use the online m365 Nokia custom firmware toolkit (easy to find, and you just enter values and click patch to d/load created file(NO NEED TO DOWNGRADE, just use the file you create!!!). I went straight from 142 to 138 tuned. Leave the downloaded file in zip format. If Bluetooth does not work. First connect with m365 dashboard app. Stay connected. Exit. Use m365 downg. Now it will.
