I have gotten a few surveillance cameras and got aggravated with all of them except for this one. It was so easy to set up and so easy to use. Everything recorded to the SD card and also the cloud. I definitely recommend this video camera

Performance lately is lacking! And before they try the excuse of connection, my Wi-Fi is definitely not the issue. Lately each 10 second notification is frozen the first 5 seconds. Each video clip when viewing in playback does the same. The audio lately doesn't synchronize with the video. And now to check your notifications they're pushing ads like YouTube does, except with YouTube the video doesn't continue in the background. Fix the app, or It's recommended for people to use a different brand.

Only time this camera catches anything is when I have the app open on screen. I've set all parameters as stated un help section and still it's not working as it should.

I have 2 cams for 8 months. Continuous annoying popups to buy a cloud subscription. Now they wanty phone number popup. SD card recording and playback has been disabled in the cams presumably by an update or written into the app after a period of time auto disable. When I try to look at ad recordings there are none available on a subscription notice. Not happy and I will dump both cams. Do not buy. Spendorwoney and get a cam with an app that has no ads no subscriptions. It will be worth the extra

This system is not bad, it is ok when it works. Customer support from this company including Jason is rather poor, they don't get back to a person, very poor customer support. Even after several emails for support and proof of their system, responses are slow and remedies ineffective half the time.
