★★★★★ Ok, back up to 4 stars, looks like the bug was fixed and its back up after 2.5 weeks. Thank you ! (App was working for last 6 months flawless, now just a white screen.)

★★☆☆☆ It will not let you sign up or in and the help desk is of ZERO help

★★☆☆☆ Horrible app, I can't even create a login with the information being requested. So they don't answer phones' return calls left on their voicemail, and now you can't even get a hold of them on this app or online worst workers comp insurance company ever. I'm going on 2 months since my injury and 0 progress on their part.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded app, everything started okay. After a month went back into the app was locked out for non-usage? Tried to log back into the app today app won't even open.
