I started using Esusu a few months ago after my apartment enrolled in the program. It was nice knowing my rent payments could be included in my credit history the app is simple to navigate and easy to understand so far it's been a positive experience

App does not work, unable to login as it will not verify my address (not even their own recommendation of my address) though I have an account and my apartment complex reports to them. I've reached out to their customer support but have received no reply or assistance.

This is a site that's supposed to help renters. I have never been late on rent however I was in between jobs. I applied through my rental company. And was denied. If you your company helps those with not good credit and supposedly helps. How do you choose who gets approved and denied. This was an absolute joke
