Honestly, does charge you to split it (what app doing this wouldn't) but it has more flexible options for your second payment than flex and is totally worth the cost. This app makes it possible for me to pay my rent.

Took money out of my account after I was told they wouldn't because I already paid my rent in full. I expressed my concerns about this possibility and still they told me it wouldn't happen. Well it did! Now they say there is no way they are able to request the money back or stop payment!

The stupid app won't even let me pick my Bday it literally just automatically scrolls back to August and the day scrolls back to 8th. Maybe IDK let people just TYPE IN THE BDAY!!!!!!

Complete fail... app doesn't work for everyone. The landlord claims they could open the link and to turn around and tell me my lease didn't meet the requirements, what requirement is that?? My lease good enough to here to live in my home but not good enough to get help from Split pay!! Never again!!

They ask for documentation after you submit a payment to the landlord, or they'll reject the payment. They should ask before. They caused me a late fee. NOT FOR MONTH TO MONTH RENTERS
