If you are late paying they will empty your account when you least expect it leaving your account empty while suspending your split pay account meaning you no longer have split pay to use nor do you have the money they just took. I have disputed this and sent it to my lawyer not to mention chat nor anyone else will assist, I have to use some compliance email going fwd.

They ask for documentation after you submit a payment to the landlord, or they'll reject the payment. They should ask before. They caused me a late fee. NOT FOR MONTH TO MONTH RENTERS
