I have fixed the problem for android downloading files error. I went to my setting and went to my app settings on my phone. I cleared out all of the data the re downloaded the files and that worked. I love this app . I played the sounds to contact the aliens. I saw something moving in the sky and it just vanished . Who ever has a android go to your app settings and clean out all of your files first before downloading the media files.

NEEDS A DAMN UPDATE This app hasnt been updated since 2015. Are you kidding?! What are you smoking? You need a engineer to update the app and get it straight for current android 9/10th generations. 7$ for a 4 year outdated app is nuts. Shame on you

Wish I checked all the reviews first. This app DOES NOT WORK at all on my phone (moto x 2nd gen). GOOGLE WILL DENY YOUR REFUND and the customer service lady will very politely tell you "tough luck, thanks for the 7 bucks". Greer seems a stand up guy but this app is garbage.
