By far the easiest app to understand for beginners, I disagree with some of the things they have changed, such as the SMALL fees recently added when pulling out money. However, this gives the incentive to newer investors to use the "copy trader" function (fees don't apply), which can streamline growth for newer investors, there's the argument that it's a bad idea because you're not learning how to do it yourself, true. But, having the option to copy an already experienced trader is a game changer.

I really like etoro as an app, but I think it would be more beneficial to display the price of shares/crypto as the price you will buy them at with the etoro charge factored in rather than allowing me to purchase a position only to be instantly in the negative... also the new daily P/L column that has replaced the original stake column when I view my opened positions needs to revert as this simply isn't really that helpful unless you're shorting??

No dark mode and no material you. Also, there should be a way to see specific transactions for a specific stock/crypto etc. For example, you can't see dividends received, and the amount received for a specific product. You see that you got dividends but not from which stock.

Very hard to withdraw money! Customer support is sub par. I've spent 1 month waiting to resolve my withdrawal issue. The first ticket was closed with a generic copy/pasted message that had nothing to do with my problem, the second ticket was resolved as soon as I created it and had no feedback whatsoever for weeks. I had to go to their chat to ask them to look at the ticket. In the end I gave up and had to use eToro Money to withdraw my funds, which takes a bigger chunk out of my money. Avoid!!!

The worst customer service. They limit your account for no reason, and when you try to contact them, they are no available, then you cannot trade or withdrawal your money, and you will be helpless.
