EU Loom is the mobile companion to the Loom platform for Horizon Europe and other EU funded projects. It puts the everyday paperwork of a funded project on your phone, for the people who file it and the people who approve it.
FILE AS IT HAPPENS
• Expenses, with receipt capture and scanning, so a claim is recorded where it was incurred rather than reconstructed weeks later
• Business trips, from request through to approval
• Leave requests, checked against your remaining balance
• Working hours and timesheets
DECIDE ON THE MOVE
Everything waiting on you is gathered in one place: expense claims and payments, trip and leave requests, and timesheet approvals. You see only the queues you hold authority over.
KEEP TRACK
Push notifications tell you when something needs attention, with an inbox and per category preferences so you choose what reaches you. The calendar shows trips and leave together.
Available in English and Greek. Your session is protected by your device screen lock or biometrics.
EULoom needs an account on your organisation's Loom instance. It is a back office tool for project teams, so signing in requires an organisation and credentials issued by them.
