Every morning, I use the biometric thumbprint. And every morning, I get redirected to the login page, and I have to enter my password. What's the point of having a biometric feature if it is not being utilized? Update 4/9/2026. There was an update and the issue has been resolved. Thank you.

Well, it's bad. Benefits available via the web are not visible in the app. The time off page is completely empty on the app and has no controls. Calling support takes 40+ mins on hold (literally). FSA, HSA are in other services. What is this app for? To see my pay stubs? I can see them in the bank.

This can't be the only app. We just switched to Just works from ADP. The website shows everything and has for at least 10 days. This app today says my employer doesn't offer benefits, and is missing other things. At least it has my name and title. This should be using the same data used on the website, and if it doesn't, is there going to be sync problems all the time?
