The APP is good so far and a great experience, I just tried to submit two applications, and the response rate of UNRWA was superb, it's way easier than to visits sites and following up as long you submit your proper documentation!. A milestone to ease the refugees' sufferings in this life! Thanks to UNRWA and all who Supported the development of this APP!

Can not open the app after installation. It gives me a blue page and nothing else. Doesn't open. It is stuck at the loading blue screen. Moreover, why do you want to manage my phone calls through this app ?

Fix it it's not working Stuk always!!!! You put numbers on website for technical support when I call him he told me no we are not the unrwa Do your job well!!!!

It blocks traffic and requests coming from Syria although this app is also made for Palestinians refugees in Syria. Also, this app requires unneeded permissions to run, it asked me to grant permissions to make calls and access my location and files, so it doesn't respect privacy

Trash app it won't take a picture if you are using Android, if you are in another country it won't verify because it accesses the phone location, after you send all the documents for adding a family member, the app won't open again and give an error on start up even if you delete it and install it again the same errors will appear, that happens on my 2 phones even I asked my brother to open my account and when he did, his app won't open again. Fix the bugs or don't make an app that make people suffer.
