Why is it so difficult (impossible) to find monthly statements for current and credit card accounts, to print off. I can never find the word Statements anywhere! Yet surely most of us want to print off Statements to tally with receips/bills? I spend far too long searching for these each month.

Best bank in Cyprus compare with other local banks. Reason of 4 stars is because a lot of things takes very long time. For example, for customer phone support have to wait around 30 minutes until someone answers. Reset web banking password impossible, because session is expires until reach to the point to enter new password.

Very useless app. Every time you change your phone it's a whole process to just log in to your account. Other banking apps work much easier.... too bad for hellenic bank

Very, very bad. Better go gack to the old application. Bank will lose plenty of clients I decided to stop dealing and close my accounts soon if they don't go back to the old application and system Plenty of my friends have the same feeling

Last update is useless. This app used to be good, now its full of bank promotional rubbish (the standard practice for Cyprus). It is slow like an old dog and for the past few days it is unusable just like the website. Well done people. Cypriot banking at its best. I bet the turkish banks have better IT than Hellenic.
