New app? No login possible. None of the three login options seem to work. (S24+). The app doesn't respond to the opening screen at all, it's just a 'screen saver'. Weird... After a recent update (23rd of march) nothing seems to have changed. Still the same. But I noticed I can receive messages sent by Europcar (New app). The last version (3.13) did the trick. It finally responds to the input. One star because I haven't tried any further, more to come... It looks allright. I now can give 4 stars.

The application have a bug. I ordered unlimited milage and paid for it, but there was no unlimited milage in the booking, and it is not displayed in past bookings. So I paid twice, for unlimited milage and for extra miles. Support can do nothing. Very disappointed.

Uncomfortable to use for selecting rental date/time, app starts extreme delayed and shows errors when searching for a car. Frankfurt Airport T2 - Europcar Rental Station can't be found in the new Europcar app...

Have tried to log in on multiple occasions, uninstalled and reinstalled, made sure the app was up-to-date, and still get an error stating "Something Went Wrong" when I try to log in
