Worst app for taxi. Worst customer support. We book a taxi at 20:00, at 20:45 still nothing come. There is no customer support in the app. So you have to call the taxi provider. Once you speak english, they hang up on you. You can't email to Urbi, but you have to contact taxi provider directly. Hope we can find some way to get a refund.

In Brussels, it is missing Cam bio, Scooty and the right Zip car (the one in the app is not correct and doesn't work). This app is useless in BXL.
