Whis I didn't have to keep logging in when I have fingerprint verification setup. I've had to reset this feature several times. Other than that, it's simple and easy to navigate.

I think the security controls are reasonable without being excessive and becoming a nuisance for the user but at the same time protecting the account and money of the Bank member. I would be careful about adding too much extra to it.

Never saves username. Makes me re-enroll. Makes me authenticate. What's the point of having the fingerprint login, if I have to enter my username and password every time? Have to Uninstall and reinstall in order to get it working. Have had to do this over 10 times now. Fix it!

Update: For days now, I get the error "the data network is busy or unavailable please try again or come back later." Clearing the cache and restarting the phone does not work. Never lets me sign in with my fingerprint and every time I do log on I need to re-enroll. WTH? Also have to enter my credentials yet again even after I'm signed on if I want to pay a bill. Ridiculous.

Awful, never works. Constantly have to reinstall the app. This bank seriously needs to upgrade its technology considering their reputation.
