Do you want some formats for creating notes with Evernote? e.g. diaries, retrospectives, reports, some document's draft. This app can save formats(templates) and you can create new note from the format with only 1 tap.
You can register your notes to Evernote by either installing the Evernote app or logging in to Evernote. Tags and notebook can be set only if you log in to Evernote.

Does just what it says! This app will let you create forms in a list, so that you can use this app to pick a form, create a note, with text reminders to not forget to enter different data that you want. The form will automatically steer the note to your chosen notebook in Evernote, can put a date/time stamp in the body of the text, and apply pre-chosen tags that Evernote will recognize. I knocked 1 star off b/c I can't upload/create notes while on data (Wi-Fi only)

Love it! Great concept with a small flaw: needs to add ability to edit saved templates (currently, user can bring up an edit screen on a saved template, but it is blank & user has to re-enter entire template w/modifications). 5 stars when we can.

What is the purpose? App just opens to a blank screen. Name of the app in one corner and a plus sign in the other. Only option is to tap plus, which just gives you a blank note. No menu or options. Seems useless. What am I missing? Looked for more descriptive info but no luck. I'll check back.

Primitive. It's a first step. This app does the minimum, i.e., creates templates. Unfortunately, the template is simple, cannot be formatted, and is very crude (as templates go).
