Lousy customer service Lights have been installed for two years, spent $10k original installation & repairs. Constantly having to reset the modem & de-energize the lights to get to work. As I write this I am sitting in front of the modem trying to turn on lights with the phone app, the system won't connect. Factory factory-trained installer didn't weatherproof the splices. Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit for providing faulty training and faulty product? No response from Customer

App and bridge very frustrating and buggy. Many issues, disconnections, non-responsive commands, need for power cycling etc. For as much as Ever lights cost, there is no excuse for so many issues.

I've had the lights for a month. They look great when they work, but it is very difficult to get them to work. The app is very flakey, one of my zones every other light does NOT work. The bridge seems to disconnect all the time. Feels like a beta product and not ready for prime time.
