★★★★★ Beautiful amazing Landlords, managers, maintenance men are amazing 💯🎯🎯💯💯 they properties are clean, beautiful 🏠 🏡🏡🏠

★★☆☆☆ This company is a heartless monster who hates their employees almost as much as they hate their tenants. They regularly refuse to perform major repairs and maintenance on occupied homes until the damage is so bad that tenant health and safety is compromised. When eventually forced to effect repairs by city and municipal mandate, they send individual workers to perform tasks which requires 4 or more workers to complete correctly and safely. Do not work for them, they are the absolute worst.

★★☆☆☆ Awful company that takes your money and does absolutely nothing in return. No hot water for over a month in winter, no heat when we first moved, no light fixture in bathroom even when contacted about it over 5+ times, wall almost caught on fire, and they refused to do anything until I called the Fire Marshal. Garbage and greedy.
