Just registered to have my own e-membership card. I like that we don't need to carry a physical card. However, the app can be improved more. Signing up with phone number does not work. I had to use my email. The pictures in the app are also rather small and blurry. But the ability to scan our e card from the app is a good idea. Hope management can further improve the app and make redeeming our vouchers much easier.

Very poor user-friendly. Cannot even know is the page is loading when I click something. Please put page loader so that user know it is loading. Other than that, the page is loaded very slow. Sometimes very hard to check out the items in the cart. Not even this, when I added some items into the cart and I clicked close button from the store, the items in the cart is empty. By right the system should keep my cart record.
