Overall my experience is positive. It does the job with the digital card. Just dislike the idea of carrying a physical card, so that's a huge plug. Interface is okay, can be improved.

Lacks a lot of user-friendly features. 1) Now recommended / promotions page. 2) No loading or end of page notes, you don't know when u have reached the end of the list of items. 3) Photos are too large, 1 page can only see 4 items, be prepared to scroll alot. 4) Page needs a quicker way to check out / add items to basket. There is so much unused real estate on the items list page, could've added an "Add item to basket" feature/button beneath the photos.

Stupid, Why need IC for registration ? Learn from Lotus, Lotus App doesn't ask for the buyer's IC for the sake of privacy

Products in physical store are often not found in app. So the app is basically useless, unless you have never been to the real store, so thinking what the app shows are all the products out there. Suggestion : Let the user enter a credit card number. Retrieve from records of physical store what the person had been buying all these years. Let the user tick which ones to buy this time, and how much. This is how computer based purchases can help. Choosing again is a joke.
