The worst ever, don't download it. They take money from your account to during exchanging, then add charges during sending and worst you can't add send your money back because they have used charges to cut the money to half, and you don't have an account to even send. It's a pure scam.

These people are thieves. They might release your money the first time after asking too many questions. Next time you'll use their bank to collect money they will withhold it without telling you why or update you on what they're doing. They'll just keep you in the dark till you forget about the money. Avoid ever send for your peace of mind. They won't reverse the money or release it to you. They also have terrible customer care representatives
