Good, but not excellent. Why? Booked a tennis court a few minutes before I discovered the app. The booking was not visible, although it recognized my favorite tennis hall. Or did I miss it somewhere?

The app is good but the service is what really deserves 5 stars. Ever sports makes it easier to book training sessions. Specially during these pandemic times, when groups are limited.

Too many clicks and I do not want to go to manage booking after every booking. You should add this option in the app setting separately checkbox

Had some difficulties to create an account online, but once I had and set up the app, everything works perfect and easy. Would be easier if the name of my child is used instead of mine, but now the dance instructors knows that my name is for my daughter.

When something goes wrong like payments. Ever sports doesn't take responsibility to even try to solve the problem. I really don't recommend Ever sports any more sadly. I have had several incidents mostly as a studio owner that I had trouble with payments, and they didn't even try to find a solution. Now I just got an email from a customer that got the same 'I won't take responsibility for the problem' answer. This is concerning payments and money of someone else... really sad I have to write this.

So many errors all the time. I have trouble booking a class, and have missed spots many times due to this. Extremely annoying!

I use the app only for booking classes in my gym resp. Cancelling my bookings. The user interfaces is awful. There is basically no search function. My primary use cases would be "show me all Les Mills Core (or whatever class I'm looking for) this week" and "what classes are offered Tuesday evening", then select one, book it and automatically add it to my calendar. Instead, I have to scroll through the whole week to find a specific class. When I have scrolled down, I don't see anymore ...
