The app is good, but the service is what really deserves 5 stars. Ever sports makes it easier to book training sessions. Specially during these pandemic times, when groups are limited.

Good, but not excellent. Why? Booked a tennis court a few minutes before I discovered the app. The booking was not visible, although it recognized my favorite tennis hall. Or did I miss it somewhere?

Awesome app. Great range of sports and facilities to book from, and it makes the booking process extremely simple and easy.

Dear developers team, with the newer version I always have to choose and select the membership and payment method. I go to the same gym, with the same payment method every time. It requires 10 clicks for me to book a single session... repeating this for 5 times a week. This was even better in old versions of the app. The UX needs some refinement and testing from my perspective, such as: Booking one more slots at a time... waiting list mgmt... etc

I use the app only for booking classes in my gym resp. Cancelling my bookings. The user interfaces is awful. There is basically no search function. My primary use cases would be "show me all Les Mills Core (or whatever class I'm looking for) this week" and "what classes are offered Tuesday evening", then select one, book it and automatically add it to my calendar. Instead, I have to scroll through the whole week to find a specific class. When I have scrolled down, I don't see anymore ...

Session cancelled, no refund. I had a one time session booked with a Studio. The Studio cancelled it less than 2 hours before. The app shows me no credit whatsoever. When I contacted support, they informed me I need to chase the Studio for the refund, as Ever sports say they are only "intermediate agents".
