Every Mother is a research-based, on-demand personalized exercise plan tailored to address your unique core and pelvic floor needs at any life stage, whether you need help with one or multiple symptoms. We exist to educate women on their core and the pelvic floor – a set of invisible muscles at the center of everything we do. Making this care accessible to every woman at any fitness level as she navigates the changes in her body is what we work towards every day. Our exercises are clinically proven to resolve diastasis recti and your daily curated custom exercise plan is created in collaboration with pelvic floor physical therapists. An Every Mother personalized exercise plan can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and the 10 to 15-minute express exercise regimens seamlessly fit busy lifestyles.

Subscriptions are offered for quarterly and annual terms, during which time the user will have access to all video content in the app. Once purchase is confirmed, payment will be charged to the iTunes Account currently logged in on the device used to purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the then-current subscription period. The iTunes Account will be charged said renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and the rate charged will be as stated for quarterly and annual subscriptions. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after the purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Really enjoying this program. After learning more about diastase recti from a friend, I discovered Every Mother. After years of low back pain from multiple pregnancies, I already feel a difference in my core, and thus less back pain. I love how the app is organized and how you can choose between your path or just access the different exercises directly. Being able to favorite exercises is a very useful feature for me.

This app has been great! I'm halfway through the 'Reclaim' postpartum program, and in these 6 weeks, my diastase recti has improved significantly! Started about 3 months postpartum and since I started this program I feel like I recognize my body again. The workouts are fun, not too repetitive, and I love the 'daily prescription' of exactly what to do every day.

I wouldn't recommend this for folks who work out on a regular basis and have a high base fitness level. I thought there would be a variety of challenging workouts of varying types, but they are all basically the same. Since they didn't have any option to preview workouts, I jumped in with a subscription. The DR exercises were helpful to learn, but I already had a strong core pre-pregnancy, so I never ended up getting DR, even though I only used this app for a few months in 1st and 2nd tri.

I am on day 14, and I'm choosing to stick with it. It's convenient to have a singular place to go with predetermined workouts with my specified goals in mind. I'm a yoga instructor, and it's hard for me to follow along with the instructions for core compressions. (Also, the sensitive pp version of me really dislikes the terms "flat, flatter" for directions.) It is a benefit that you get to choose instructor for workouts bc if it were the main lady for everything, I'd have asked for a refund.

This app is extremely misleading and very discouraging. It's supposedly geared towards postpartum exercise and claims to have workouts for different levels of difficulty, but I found very few "light" workouts and the "moderate" workouts were far more than I could handle. With my postpartum belly I couldn't even get into some of the positions they demonstrate. Some instructors are great but the videos lead by the founder Leah are too fast and cut with no downtime to change positions.
