I absolutely adore SLAM. I have been using this program for almost three years. I started it when I was pregnant and am stronger and fitter than before I had my daughter. The app is very easy to use, and I love the variety of workouts and also all the meal options too! I will be a lifelong subscriber of SLAM I believe. The app works perfectly! I love the ease of navigating through workouts. I do wish that all the programs had a "workout with me" option because I like following along with Ashley. It said I was signing up for a 7-day trial, but I got charged for a month before the trial was up and was unable to cancel or be refunded. Workouts required equipment I don't own, so app isn't useful to me but stuck paying for a month.

I am having a really difficult time navigating this app. There are some programs I can enroll in, but it keeps giving me exercises that require equipment I do not have. Which is weird because it asked me what I have, and I told it. But there are other courses that when I try to enroll in them, it tells me I need a subscription, but I already have one. I was using Built for Science but wanted a more woman-oriented app, but it is too confusing to navigate.
