Becky Burgess is a mother to 3 little ones, and completely understands the challenges women go through as busy mothers. She is a certified trainer, women's fitness specialist, and pre/postnatal fitness specialist. She has guided thousands of women through their pregnancies and postpartum journeys, and has helped them feel strong, confident, and empowered throughout the process.

Becky has literally knocked it out of the park! This app is unbelievable. Her workouts are so effective, short and long workouts alike. I feel so strong at 19 weeks pregnant.
