I love all the down dog apps and have been using them for 4 years. When I got pregnant I was so excited to finally try out the prenatal version! I'll say I kept doing the normal yoga app with modifications for the first half of pregnancy but for the second half I have absolutely loved this! Such a great way to get daily movement in.

I love Down Dog in general, but this version for Prenatal Yoga is not very good, imo. The exercises are barely modified at all and the model showing them (not pregnant) goes as deep in the poses as she can, which is misleading and unrealistic in pregnancy. I did not feel safe following the video, so I ended up following the few (mostly unmodified) instructions, resulting in a disappointing experience.

This app is $10 / month. That is a ridiculous price for what you get. I'd gladly pay $2, but $10? You're out your mind.

Got confirmation of a free trial but had to pay to access any content. I would have loved to try it.
