The app is ok - works well. What I don't like is that you pay a premium to charge at these "superchargers" but the charge speed is never near the maximum speed (you'll be lucky that it half the maximum speed - still a decent charge speed). But if you have someone charging at the same time, then the charge speed drops another half or more. Might as well go to a 50kwh charger and pay half the price, or they should have variable charge according to rate of supply.

I ❤️ Evie I love this app and the Evie charging network. I travel between Sydney and Canberra regularly and never have issues with the chargers or the network. Evie is always number 1 on my list when looking for a charger.

I love the ease of using my evie card when I am at a charger. Drive up, plug in, tap the card, and charge away. I don't even have to use the app except to check on my progress as I am charging. App is easy to use, and adding my evie card, when I received it in the post, was quick.

No stop charge button within the app, and interface on Tritium chargers has stop feature removed. Quite often refuses to unlock from car upon stopping requiring frequent use of the cars manual release. Customer service as responsive as road kill.

The least reliable charging network with a buggy app and call center staff who are nice but not empowered to help by for example taking a credit card number to turn on the charger your are stuck at when you can't open your account. They are also unable to do password resets or allow you to add a payment method. When they escalate to higher team they take hours to call you back leaving you stranded at the charge station. Avoid when possible. Use reliable alternative such as Charge fox

Hopeless app! I rolled up to an Evie charging station, downloaded the app, requested and got a magic link but even with help of customer service we couldn't find out how to enter payment details and complete account set up. Gave up in disgust. Truly hopeless!!
