I have yet to find free to move credits. Dealer never mentioned them and when asked they just looked at me.

Useless. Doesn't detect nor show in the map the chargers with the free to charge sticker right in front of me.

When the app says free move Charge, it doesn't actually mean free to charge. It's misleading and only shows a map of charging stations in your surrounding area. Yes, some say free, but they are not, and u have to download the stations app and pay a certain or keep a certain amount on the app, add to that than be able to charge....this also gives actual homes to go to, to be able to plug in...not sure I like that... Yes, we are free 2 move but have to pay to charge

Have never been able to use my credits with them! Charge point, which Free move uses for payment, has never worked for my vehicle (2024 Fiat 500e). The Charge point app, stations, and API all suck. The only way I have been able to charge my vehicle is manually scanning my credit card at an EVgo, GM electric, station. THANK YOU GM ELECTRIC! Starting to think that the Free move credits offered to dealerships when they sell EVs are a bait and switch because Charge point's infrastructure and app sucks

Have never been able to do a Bluetooth pairing with the home charger. My phone sees the charger and tries to pair, but the app just doesn't connect. I've tried every suggestion offered by the app and none of them solve the issue. I have used the charger manually for 12 months and it works fine. It's the app that is worthless to me. Phone is a Pixel 8 pro, running Android 16.
