Love the app. However, after the latest Samsung update, the app opens & stays on the logo screen without ever moving on the map feature. My notifications still work, but I really need access to the map feature. Please help. Thanks.

Update: I was having VIP issues. Customer service figured out the problem and were responsive to my questions. A little initial confusion because the initial set up was done incorrectly on one vehicle, but they worked to get the problem solved! Then we had an app issue that was specific to my account but that too has been promptly corrected.

Lots of money wasted on MOPAR EVTS Location services is the only thing that works on this app. I set my alerts on the highest sensitivity and never receive any phone calls about my truck being tampered with. Rid is after I get in it and drive it without turning off the alert. Lots of money wasted on mopar EVTS

Not working at all I can't even login to the app. I paid over $700 for a service I can't track my car. Why is this happening.

App won't let me log in, but I'm able to log in online almost things about selling my 2013 Chrysler 200 LX with the 6speed package
