This app is an absolute joke. This is the reason why nobody wants EVs for long trips. Unreliable useless apps and chargers that require adding a balance to an app that is literally giving Chinese error messages. 2 hours of my life wasted trying to get the charger to work. Waste of time and nearly ruined my vacation
