An excellent App which takes you through a varied rehabilitation program for all sorts of injuries, with videos and explanatory notes to make sure you are exercising properly. End of session feedback means you progress at your own rate, it's really helped me recover from plantar fasciitis more quickly, and will I hope, help prevent it coming back this time!

Dealing with both plantar fasciitis and a meniscus tear currently and this app is the best thing that could have happened to me. Very good and easy to follow recovery plans, especially for people who struggle to do recovery exercises consistently. 10/10

Have used this app as a runner to rehab from plantar fasciitis. Much cheaper than in-person physio and in my experience an even better product in some respects. The quality of the content is really good, and the customization of the plans is really helpful. Would happily use again if, heaven forbid, I were to pick up another injury

Have been using this app for more than 6 months and I'm very happy with it. One star less because of the following dislikes: 1. When changing from an injury rehab plan to a prevention plan, no progress or any other settings such as which days are leg, core days etc. are migrated. It is a full reset. Every user which finishes a rehab program has to start from scratch? 2. I cannot change the subscription plan e.g. from 3 month payment to 6 months payments.

Why is this called a physiotherapy app when it is not? All it deals with are feet and legs. I was hoping to use it for my "tennis" elbow, but, obviously not with this app. I do not get with all the 5-star reviews no one else has mentioned this? Seems a little bit suspect to me as if they are not real reviews? I hope I am wrong. Shame about the app, though.
