I forgot the password in my tablet given by BYJU for UPSC preparation. But it only has "factory reset" option, meaning, I'd lose the details in the tablet. I tried logging in back in my mobile, but I'm unable to do that I tried contacting the available numbers but was unable to contact any of those. I don't know what to do, so I'm commenting here, hoping at least I'd get a response here.

Mujhe to ye nhi SMH aa rha ki is App ko abhi tak Play Store pe RSHA hi kyu hai. Maine SSC+ Railway ka Combo Subscription liya tha jiska 09/2024 tak Validity tha bt 2024 aate hi Co. bhaag gyi and mera Subscription bhi App se gyb ho gya and Login bhi nhi ho rha tha. Aaj bhi maine try Kiya Login nhi ho rha ab. Aisa bhut Students ke saath hua hoga to kya unko kuch Refund nhi Milena, koi Action nhi hoga Byju's ya Grade up ke against ?? Please take action and provide us Refund.
