Hii dear adda team, after new update I am facing some issues 1. Downloaded videos and not saving in my recourses, but it downloads successfully 2. Video is not resuming from where I left last time 3. I purchased Adda247 Mahapack for Banking exam preparation, but found that there are no latest Banking Foundation batches. Most Banking content is from around 2023 and does not match the current Banking exam level/syllabus. I contacted support and emailed for a refund, but have received no response so far. Earlier, my Punjab Constable course was also converted to Mahapack instead of a refund due to course issues. I request Adda247 to resolve this and process my refund.

One of the worst experience I have faced with adda I was applied for computer certificate course after one month no certificate is issued to me. After calling so many times no response from team...please don't waste your money in adda

Very poor services and their support team is also very negligent about the queries, all they do is attend the calls and never attempt to solve the issues of student. I purchased a certification course, but the course was and completed and stopped in the middle of the course nor the test was made available to get the certificate for which I paid.
